Our experience handling real estate litigation claims, including contract disputes, lease issues, loan defaults, and mortgage foreclosures, is invaluable in identifying issues and thinking creatively when documenting and closing a transaction. Our ability to move quickly on a transaction combined with our attentiveness to detail provides our clients with representation that gets the deal done expertly and efficiently.

Acquisition and Financing
We advise and counsel buyers and sellers of real estate, whether for development or operating, in numerous transactions, as well as the lenders in such transactions.  We assist with due diligence, negotiation, document drafting, and title clearance.

Leasing
We represent commercial and large-scale residential landlords as well as commercial tenants in negotiating leases, options and extensions.  Additionally, we assist our clients to try to remedy any issues that arise between landlords and tenants without resorting to litigation if at all possible.

Taxation
We counsel clients regarding tax issues regarding real estate they own, as well as the tax implications of buying or selling real estate.  We have also advised clients with respect to 1031 exchanges.

Litigation
